You will also need to set up a Stripe account (www.stripe.com) in order for you to accept secure payments on the site and add your own postage costs for shipping.

After logging into your seller account, you can easily add products through the seller dashboard. Provide detailed product descriptions, high-quality images, videos, and set competitive prices.

Yes, you can personalise your store by adding a logo, banner, and customising the layout. This allows you to create a unique and memorable storefront for your customers.

We use a secure payment gateway to handle transactions. Once a customer makes a purchase, the payment will be processed, and you’ll receive the funds in your seller account, which you can withdraw at your convenience. In order for you to do this you need to set up an account with Stripe www.stripe.com

No, there’s no strict limit on the number of products you can list. However, we encourage you to showcase a well-curated selection to enhance the browsing experience for customers.

Sellers are responsible for setting their own shipping policies. Clearly communicate shipping times, costs, and any other relevant information to ensure transparency with customers. Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, their accurate descriptions, and the timely fulfilment of orders.

Yes, sellers have the flexibility to run promotions, discounts, or special offers. Use these features to attract more customers and boost sales.

Customers can leave reviews and ratings for your products. It’s important to provide excellent customer service and address any issues promptly to maintain a positive seller rating.

It is FREE to register on the Irish Hands platform.  As a seller you will get your own shop store with e-commerce capability which will enable you to begin selling straight away.

All creative makers / sellers will only be charged if an item is sold on the new platform (15% commission which includes Stripe / transaction charges) – ensuring that all local artisans / creative makers receive a  high proportion (85%) of their sales.

As a seller, it is your responsibility to set clear return and refund policies for your store. Clearly communicate these policies to customers to manage expectations and ensure a smooth process.
