I’m Adam Rory Porter, a fine art landscape and astro photographer from Buncrana in Inishowen, County Donegal. From my early days entering the Texaco School Art competition as a child to third level studies in Art, Design, Photography, and Animation, my journey has always been intertwined with the creative arts.
However, it wasn’t until I embraced the roles of husband and father that I truly rediscovered my love for photography and fine art printing. In recent years, I’ve found solace and inspiration in capturing the breathtaking beauty of Inishowen’s dramatic land and seascapes.
My lens is drawn to the ever-changing light that dances across our rugged terrain, the ethereal glow of the night sky adorned with the mesmerising Northern Lights, and the ancient whispers of history echoed in landmarks like the majestic ringfort An Grianán of Aileach.
